Balance diet is diet that contain some essential food , vegetable which give perfect and accurate calories an vitamin our body for healthy nad fit. Some foods are here which is in balance diet and give vitamins like- cereals, cocoa rice, multigrain breads, , pasta, beans, and vegetables give fiber, B vitamins etc.
